Who We're Looking For

We seek individuals who demonstrate compassion, integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving, home care, or senior care experience

• Successful completion of a nurse aide training and competency evaluation program

• Experience supporting individuals with dementia or memory-related conditions is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependability, patience, and professionalism

• Ability to follow individualized care plans and agency policies

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and onboarding requirements

• Basic first aid and CPR

Our Home Care Services

Our caregivers help seniors and adults maintain their quality of life through personalized non-medical home care services, including:

• Personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Companionship and supervision

• Dementia and memory care support

• Meal preparation and nutritional assistance
