FOUNDER AND ADMINISTRATOR
Savon Holt
With over 16 years of nursing experience, a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, and a Master's degree in Health Systems Management, Savon Holt brings a wealth of healthcare knowledge, leadership, and compassion to Quality Driven Home Care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional, she is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults and individuals requiring personalized care.
For Savon, caregiving is more than a profession, it's personal. Having cared for both of her grandparents and served as her grandmother's healthcare proxy, she understands firsthand the emotional challenges, important decisions, and responsibilities families face when caring for aging loved ones.
These experiences inspired her commitment to building an agency where individuals are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion, while families feel heard, supported, and confident in their care decisions.
Beyond her agency, Savon serves as a volunteer Community Educator with the Alzheimer's Association, helping raise awareness about dementia, brain health, and the importance of family and caregiver education.
Her mission is to ensure that families seeking dependable in-home care feel supported, informed, and confident that their loved ones are in caring hands.

Dr. Sheniece L. Martin-Stancil-El is a doctorally prepared registered nurse with a background in nursing leadership and healthcare.
As Vice President of Quality Driven Home Care, she brings valuable professional knowledge and a commitment to excellence that align with the agency's mission of providing compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care.
